2027 Louisiana REALTORS® Officer Application

Candidates for President-Elect and Secretary-Treasurer are required to meet the following criteria as of January 1, 2026:

  1. A REALTOR® in good standing for the past 5 years
  2. In the past 6 years, served on or as one of the following Louisiana REALTORS® bodies:
    1. Strategic Planning Team
    2. Finance Team
    3. Executive Committee
    4. or Regional Vice President
  3. Actively served on at least two Louisiana REALTORS® workgroups/teams/taskforces or the Louisiana REALTORS® Political Action Committee during the past six years with attendance verified
  4. Served on the Louisiana REALTORS® Board of Directors for 2 years in the past 6 years.
