Description

Success in commercial real estate requires both strong financial insight and the ability to leverage data-driven tools. This course equips commercial practitioners with practical strategies to analyze opportunities, structure deals, and deliver greater value to their clients. Participants will explore key financial concepts including tax strategies, cost segregation, depreciation, financing structures, and the fundamentals of 1031 exchanges and opportunity zones. 

In addition, the course provides hands-on instruction in using RPR® Commercial to support smarter decision-making through site selection analysis, demographic insights, property reports, and investment data. Through live demonstrations, real-world scenarios, and actionable examples, attendees will learn how to combine financial knowledge with powerful market analytics to evaluate investments, guide clients, and uncover opportunities in any market. By the end of the course, commercial agents will have practical tools to strengthen their advisory role, support investor clients, and position themselves as trusted commercial real estate professionals.

Course approved for four (4) hours continuing education credit (LREC #0471) and is provided

by Louisiana REALTORS® (#8090).
